That people still hold dear to his refuted lies after all these years is signs of how desperate they are to refute the massive volumes of climate data. I am not sorry that the theory of global warming is on par with the theory of gravity, the theory of plate tectonics, and germ theory. Get over it and come back to rationality.
Gravity is just a theory you know! Therefore its not real, and jumping off a large building wont have anything bad happen to you. Because hey, its JUST a theory.

It doesn't stack up against the evidence. The overwhelming evidence is that global warming is happening now, and at an accelerated rate. There is no denying it.
Something as simple as dendrochronology can tell you fairly accurately what the climate has been year by year over centuries.
Tree ring data shows a decline in temperature since the 60's and there is no explanation. That's actually where the famous "hide the decline" statement came from. They spliced observed temperature data onto the tree ring data to "hide the decline".
