Has there ever been a marriage performed during a Rose bowl parade?

Why do gays insist on making a political/soical statement during a parade?

Congratulations!!
The state never has said "yes" to gay marriage.

One biased and openly gay man in a black robe does not speak for all Californians.

California already had equality for all its citizens - so your nonsense about equal rights is meaningless.

Yes. Several in fact.

Rose Parade: Three couples will say 'I Do' aboard Farmer's Insurance float

Funny how there was no outrage about that, but when a gay couple gets married in the parade, it's time for a boycott.

How come they can't do it in private?

Children will be watching the parade - they should not be forced to be exposed to something like this.

Why do gays have to shove their lifestyle in our face and down our throat?

On the other hand, the complaint was the big front page story on the Pasadena Star News paper. It's not getting much coverage. I couldn't find one mention on CNN.
Are weddings on the Rose Bowl float common?

Next it'll be half-time football game same-sex weddings!!! Is there no shame? (no, dah!)

Yep. Multiple male-female marriages have been performed on floats during the parade.

A "wedding" on a float on New Year's Day during the most watched and widely televised parade in the republic isn't exactly "private".

Hopefully the Rose Bowl game is immune from such travesties.

Something has to remain sacred.
