If he wants to called Ted then that's his choice, you purposely calling him Rafael isn't hurting him in the least bit like you hope it is. It's funny that all the stories you just linked call him Ted.
It's much funnier that he goes by Ted to hide his foreign-born name, Rafael.
Must of happened on a lost weekend, a lot like a bad tattoo.
The Dallas Morining Star "poinint-out" to Ted that there may be a chance he is Canadian...is like having a Mike Tyson like face tattoo for 30 years and not knowing it was there till someone pointed it out to you.
Ted Cruz's mother is a citizen of the U.S.A. but his father was not
a Citizen of the U.S.A. at the time of Ted Cruz's birth,
which means he is not qualified to be President Of The U.S.A.
Both parent had to be citizens of the U.S.A. at the time of his birth.

It's quite humorous watching liberals attack someone who they falsely claim is a Canadian immigrant while at the exact same time fighting to afford illegal Mexican immigrants every and any right they want in this country in order to buy votes. Ted Cruz is a legal, Hispanic American citizen who just happens to be a conservative and that drives liberals crazy (crazier than normal) because they can't use false claims of racism against him like they do with everyone else.
your link ( both are from the same source information ) is wrong. please read the congressional research services' report on the subject. there is no requirement that both parents be US citizens for NBC status, simply that the child be a US "citizen at birth".
