To support your assertion come up with one, just one example of this kind of denigration, mocking from your target cable network. First Baldwin, then Bashir, now Harris-Perry. You think there is a pattern here?

Come on, one example of this crap. One.

Words are cheap and it is all you have at this point. Minimum wage trash talk.

Is it possible this just leaves her as a hateful woman?

How about sending a private note to the person you are apologizing too first, instead of tweeting it publically?

All of these apologies generally are for the grief that they have RECEIVED and not for the grief they have CAUSED.

I guess I feel the Perry's, O'Reilly's, et al should be held to higher standards than reality TV stars.

It appears to me to be a sincere apology. One should get credit for
that.

I'm not so good with links away from the computer on my phone so sorry for not providing the link.

I see where she apologized on air. As far as that goes, great. Then she goes on to do the very thing I gave her credit for not doing earlier. She tries to say that making fun of the picture using his adopted grandson was not her intent. It indeed was. It was what the entire segment was about. It should have never been presented in the context it was and its sad she sullied her apology by lying about her intent.

Harris-Perry apologized on her program today. Unless she is one hell of an actress, her demeanor and chosen words of apology seemed sincere and heart felt.

Time to move on. Perhaps she learned something from this situation. We all do from hard lessons.

It's just an illumination of her deep emotional problems in relation to race (not too uncommon in mixed ethnicities, especially black/white). I'm sure her tears were sincere, just like her mockery was sincere last Sunday. She was uncomfortable seeing a black baby in a white family, and tried to be humorous about it. Her own discomfort with this issue was brought to her attention, and she's upset and emotional about it (not sorry exactly).

She needs to divorce herself from the idea that identity and worth have to always be in direct correlation with race.

This lady is really so full of hate and rage. All she ever does is attack people and now she has gone after a black baby. Yet, the Liberals defend her.
