This graph is shocking. For all the crap liberals give the Koch Brothers about trying to control the political process, tens of millions have been spent by labor organizations most likely on Democrat political campaigns.

graph here

They know this, but try to hide it by saying Koch this Koch that all the time. They are being intentionally deceptive.

Why do the Koch Brothers need to contribute to any politician when they could do it themselves? This chart doesn't tell the whole picture, but this link well help.

And this is just for the 2012 election.

What it comes down to is if you have no argument to present you simply say "Koch". It's like a get out of jail free card.

I'm not sure of the point of this thread. Koch Industries is privately owned by the Koch brothers. I doubt those employed by Koch Industries had much of a say in the political contributions made by the brothers.

I will also note that Koch Industries also spends millions in lobbying, while the chart only shows monetary contributions to political parties or politicians. In 2008 alone Koch Industries spent close to 20 million for lobbying purposes.

Lobbying Spending Database - Koch Industries, 2008 | OpenSecrets

Mind! I am not condemning Koch Industries. They have as much right to lobby as any other group. It is just the one chart is a bit misleading.

This graph came from what data? I can type numbers into Excel and make something similar, doesn't mean it is true.

[MOD CUT]
I have never used "The Koch brothers Did it" in any debate, and I would encourage you to find it if you desire to accuse me of it.
