We have seen the numerous threads on this subject, but haven't had a poll in quite some time, so trying to get a feel for the breakdown of support for same-sex marriage on this forum and by party.

I am unaffiliated with any party and have not encountered any convincing arguments to oppose same-sex marriage.

I'm all for partnerships, if that is what you wish to be, but not giving it the religious label of marriage. The oath to your god that you will honor and be faithful.
A legal document, just like a marriage license. Same benefits.

I'm opposed to marriage altogether so I won't vote.

Let me re-phrase that a bit... I am opposed to marriage in the eyes of the state.

Civil marriage is not a religious label

A marriage license is not religious, it is secular. The church does not own the word marriage or have a copyright on it. No religious marriage has benefits without the secular part.

Yep, I support it. And no marriage is not a religious word as some seem to think it is.
