Please name ONE requirement for marriage that can only be fulfilled by a mixed sex couple.

It says the constitution was crated by the people in order to insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty.

Also in Section 8

The Congress shall have power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
