I've been to Norway 7 times in the last 3 years and I do business directly with a few Norwegian companies daily for my job, the Norwegian population is strikingly different from America's. We have a sizable, very lazy, unmotivated segment of our population that simply couldn't and doesn't exist in Norway. The people of Norway may not be perfect but they're certainly better educated and have a better work ethic than a lot of Americans do thanks mostly to our love for entitlements with no expectations in return.

Yes. And I've always thought it was smart how Norway generates almost all of their electricity from hydroelectric and geothermal sources, and so they can mostly just stockpile and export their oil reserves.
Until it runs out, then what?
Run the trust funds out until there is no more and increase taxes to try and keep the same standard of living. Or, letter Q, go into debt to keep that same standard of living. There is another answer and that's reduce their standard of living.
All roads lead to the same result. A bunch of highly educated people fleeing the country for a better life. That's already happening by the way...
