To be fair, this is not evidence that the media was complicit in the attacks, as it was reported that wtc7 was coming down around ground zero, that eventually BBC picked up the story and ran with it. It does, however, make you wonder how police and firefighters guess the building was coming down (disregarded the widely reported explosions).

Chief Hayden: Yeah. There was enough there and we were marking off. There were a lot of damaged apparatus there that were covered. We tried to get searches in those areas. By now, this is going on into the afternoon, and we were concerned about additional collapse, not only of the Marriott, because there was a good portion of the Marriott still standing, but also we were pretty sure that 7 World Trade Center would collapse. Early on, we saw a bulge in the southwest corner between floors 10 and 13, and we had put a transit on that and we were pretty sure she was going to collapse. You actually could see there was a visible bulge, it ran up about three floors. It came down about 5 o’clock in the afternoon, but by about 2 o’clock in the afternoon we realized this thing was going to collapse.

Heavy, thick smoke rises near 7 World Trade Center. Smoke is visible from the upper floors of the 47-story building. Firefighters using transits to determine whether there was any movement in the structure were surprised to discover that is was moving. The area was evacuated and the building collapsed later in the afternoon of Sept. 11.

NO, it doesn't. Those alleged WTC engineers that I allegedly know allegedly made the determination, along with the firefighters*, that the building was allegedly not salvageable, would likely collapse, and that efforts to save it should be abandoned.
Then someone let the press know this, and the cameras were trained on the building, on live television, for hours, while the press people kept going back to it and saying it was going to collapse, it was going to collapse, and then finally--it collapsed, on national live television.
You would think that if it was something that the nefarious "They" were going to hide, they wouldn't have given it so much coverage and advance notice and drawn the attention of all the network cameras to it. But maybe that's just me.
*Edit: And Silverstein, the building's owner. Do spare us the "Pull it" story, though, folks.

It's not like there was mass confusion, hysteria and a mad rush to be the first to "break" any new news developments or anything that day.

and reporters stated the building had already fallen, not that it was going to fall! that is a significant difference. and thank goodness there is footage of the actual collapse, the very suspicious collapse i might add...
