He is not interested in the broadcast networks as that is where he gets all of his material. How could he make fun of them if he worked on the networks? He has total control and can say what he wants. Bill Maher got yanked from ABC because of PC. If anything, Stewart and Colbert could go to HBO and be more liberal with the language that is now bleeped.

If I am not mistaken, they don't need to bleep the language online.

His "ratings" are 14 mil. But that's anyone for any period of time on his radio channel over the course of a week. Doesn't necessarily mean they're all listeners, could just be flipping through the channels.
If you break it down properly, it's about even in the 2.5 - 3 mil area.

Not even close to true
How do TV networks know how many viewers are watching a show?
You'd need 10 million people flipping the channel and all hitting "Rush" at the exact same time, and at the very time that they hit the meter..
Nope.. no one will buy that nonsense..

So you're denying that the middle class is shrinking and that real world wages have gone down over the past forty years?
Again, it's hilarious that none of the neo-cons commenting in this thread can actually rebut anything Stewart said.
"Oh, but he's rich!"
OK, we'll keep that in mind the next time a rich Republican says anything.
