Even AS a writer, Stewart writes less than 25%. He's certainly not the lead writer, and they have a staff of writers that all contribute.
And it's not like he's writing financial analysis pieces. Most of his material -- as with any "talk show" -- is nothing to brag about. He's honestly about as funny as Letterman, Leno, Kimmel et al. In other words, not really that funny.

And I bet you think Rush, Hannity, and Beck write all their own stuff? Lol.

Jon Stewart earns about 400 times what the highest-paid TV cameramen earn. Limosine Liberals only care about absurd, bloated salaries when it's not their own. Singers, actors and athletes are fairly compensated, while the people who run businesses that manufacture medicine, create energy and distribute our food are greedy, evil opportunists.

Does it really matter if he is? What matters is that what he says is very true. And anyone who cant see that is guilty of even bigger hypocracy.

People must be better off staying home and collecting benefits , ask most Brits, no one knows more about benefits than they do . Also small businesses would have to hire one person at $14 a hour and pay their medical instead of the two people he needed and paying two medicals, Fox News makes more sense than that comedian .

Look, the gap between rich and poor isn't as great as many people think. Especially in regards to real income, not wealth(wealth is sort of a useless number).
When liberals talk about the gap between rich and poor, they usually break out the chart with CEO pay being so many multiples of the average worker. But that chart they are talking about, if you read the fine print, it only refers to the S&P 500, not to all CEO's. Even more its only 327 of the 500 companies in the S&P 500 There are about 6 million businesses in America with employees. The companies on the CEO pay ratio chart, represents about .0005% of all businesses with employees.
CEO-to-Worker Pay Ratios Around the World
Secondly, even if you go by their number. Of these 327 companies, the average total compensation is $12.25 million a year. There were about 75 actors/actresses/musicians who made that much last year. And there are at least 100 athletes who made that much as well.
The Celebrity 100 - Forbes.com
The 100th highest paid athlete made 16.4 million. It is likely that as many as 200 athletes made more than 12.25 million last year.
The World's Highest-Paid Athletes - Forbes
That means about as many "entertainers" were paid the same as the average of the highest paid CEO's in the country.
Someone needs a reality check.
