Oh, what a well thought out and realistic suggestion! You should put it into action yourself!

Basically none of the right wing posters have come close in this thread to actually addressing the points Stewart made. The rants about actor and athlete pay are classic right wing talk radio stuff. I've heard Dave Ramsey make some of the same points, virtually verbatim. You guys need some new material.

Income inequality isn't a democratic or conservative issue, just a fact, not a healthy situation.

All he does is play highly edited clips and makes faces.

I actually like him somewhat, he goes on the Factor and debates O'Reilly, he even makes sense sometimes. But don't try to convince anyone that his show is anything more than entertainment for uninformed twenty-somethings, because it isn't.

Statistically, people who watch the Daily Show are more informed of the facts than people who watch Fox News.

Income inequality is just going to get worse.

The BLS reported 74K new jobs.
Of those 74K, 55K were in retail..low paying min wage jobs.

This is the face of America today.

Yes indeedy! If he were poor, they'd say he's jealous. Because he's rich, he's a hypocrite.

This is how you can tell they got nuthin' else to disguise their greed.
