Default Mexico’s cartels would lose as much as $1.425 billion now that Colorado legalized marijuana. Cartel target #1.

The cartel will boom from this, they will not loose they will profit from running shops here in the USA, anyone who thinks they will give up a big money business is fooling themselves.

The mafia didn't go away after prohibition ended but the violence ended.

Wouldn't change anything with drugs.

Drug use will never be eradicated and any attempts to do so are foolishness. It can only be managed.
