Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert has come under fire for slamming the judges who ruled against banning gay marriage by saying they need a refresher course in anatomy.
Gohmert (R-Texas) bashed the judges in Utah and Oklahoma for "pro-gay marriage rulings" at the 2014 Heritage Conversations with Conservatives event.
"They need some basic plumbing lessons," Gohmert said, according to Opposing Views. "For one omnipotent, omniscious, ubiquitous federal judge who is wise beyond his education to say to make such a declaration about the law, I think, requires revisiting by each state and compliance with the U.S. Supreme Court."
