On 9/12/12 Obama called it an act of terror, the same words Bush used to describe what happened on 9/11/01. Did the senate think nuns did it?
The part about the admin's failure to bring the attackers to justice is a tad curios.

You conveniently ignore the multiple other times Obama and his administration (on whose instructions?) claimed it was caused by a YouTube video.
That line about an attack was a throwaway line in a speech. Oblama is lucky his speechwriters threw it in there, because it is the one thin straw his sycophants can hold on to as they continue to repeat Obama's propaganda.

This assessment may change as additional information is collected and analyzed and currently available information continues to be evaluated. On 10 September we warned of social media reports calling for a demonstration in front of the Embassy and that jihadists were threatening to break into the Embassy.
The social media reports that called for a demonstration were over the video.

The latest report from the Senate committee again shows that the connection to the video came from the CIA. The report criticizes the CIA for taking so long to correct the errors in the CIA's initial assessment.
