The thing is that Reagan was an actor who became a politician. Now we have a politician who has become an actor.

There's nothing they can say to detract from his words, so they'll attack the man.

Obama was never a product of the ghetto, unlike Dr. Ben Carson, who was raised by his single mom in Detroit. However, these same people who decry that Reagan was never poor, will also berate Carson for his common sense philosophy, while placing Obama on a pedestal for his fairytale ideology. Their moral and intellectual compass has a polarity problem.
