You're damn right that is how I want it to be! So what? I'm not going to change my mind. And again, not all laws are just, moral or good laws. I have no issue with respecting laws regarding murder, theft, rape, or even traffic laws (a car can be a deadly weapon). Others, such as the laws surrounding cannabis are up for negotiation.
Organized civil disobedience on a mass scale is almost always required to change unjust laws.
It seems some people truly do not understand what a criminal act is. It might explain why they see nothing wrong in engaging in criminal activity.
Do you know what the real criminal act is....too many doctors prescribing narcotics for those in minimal pain. So many of these people get hooked on these drugs when they don't even need that level of pain relief....but oh it does feel good.

In some cases yes. Look at the Civil Rights Movement. But according to Finn, the law is the law, and even if we don't like them, we still must abide by them. If we all lived by that philosophy then, we'd still have segregation today.

Indeed. But unfortunately some people only see black and white, and fail to see the big picture. People hammer on pot, yet we have much more dangerous and addictive substances like opiates, which is becoming a huge problem. Last year in Ohio more people died from overdoses from opiates than from car accidents. But, yeah it's the weed that is the problem!!! HOKAY!!!

Marijuana users are safer drivers than non marijuana users statistically. Also, in states where medicinal use has been allowed, traffic accidents have decreased by 9%.
People can make assumptions till they're blue in the face but reality doesn't back them up. Marijuana is not the same threat on the road as alcohol.
There is a difference between personal opinions and legal facts. Learn the difference.
You should educate yourself first.
You've made no valid argument marijuana is more dangerous. In fact, what your advocating for is MORE traffic fatalities statistically. Research has already come in from states where its been legalized medicinally.

Interesting how nobody worries about legal drugs making you too impaired to drive.
Children have easier access to it now due to its illegal status. Dealers don't ID.
But Hannity of Fox last night said children will have easier access due to getting it from their older friends and relatives.
