Agreed... I hope the appeals will solve it, because the judge's reasoning is absolute garbage... I wonder how they got paid back for their ruling...

This is very bad. Free speech was alive and mostly well on the internet. This is a serious blow. I can't see anything positive about it.

So form a company and set up your own net access. Then you can permit all speech, pics, etc., everything you like.

Problem solved.

And if the problem is as bad as you say, then you've just invented the better mousetrap, and the world will beat a path to your door.

Jeez, the nutcases we get here, who think that only government can solve their problems....

Free speech is alive on the internet without net neutrality. Only fools can't see that the law is about power and control. The name is Orwellian.

Free speech? The founding fathers had no concept of the internet, tweeter, facebooks or any of those things. We're only entitled to free speech using the technology at the signing of the constitution.

Yes, it is Orwellian. It's always about power and control. Free speech will suffer.

The bills are out there to keep net neutrality, and the GOP keeps working against it, and threatening it over and over again. If people care about it so much across lines, their supporters need to give the GOP a heads up they are losing their way on this issue.

That is beyond ridiculous. I do hope your remark is a tongue in cheek reference to those who make similar ridiculous arguments when debating gun rights. If so, I get it. If not, I'm concerned.
