As someone else pointed out, he might say it but he would not mean it. Like his rabid supporters, Obama hates anyone who disagrees with his ideology. He and his followers view Americans who disagree with their policies as hateful, racist, bigoted, selfish, greedy, and think they kick puppies and make kids cry.

Geez. Major Emo alert!

Do you guys even believe this stuff, or are you still hyped from the latest installment of the Limbaugh show?

When one looks behind the speeches and spin the real JFK comes out in things like his efforts to murder Castro; a foreign leader. It bordered on the crazy in reality.

Well, you know, since he has another three years (minus two days) in office, don't you think your time would be better served trying to come up with a credible presidential candidate for 2016, instead of slamming boards like C-D with everything negative you can come up with (or make up) about Obama?

Three years! Have fun!

How about you and your party come up with someone more credible and competent than the failed extremist you voted for twice?

It would be nice to have someone reasonable on the other side of the aisle to consider for once. Hint: Hillary ain't it.

Unfortunately, the Democrat Party has pretty much been successfully purged of all moderates. You are required to believe in endless deficit spending, abortion with no restrictions up until birth, unlimited government expansion, and no reforms of any entitlement programs.

There are two parties, it sure would be a refreshing change if you liberals started worrying about where your leaders are taking us instead of constantly ankle biting the opposition.

There is not a liberal America and a conservative America — there is the United States of America. There is not a Black America and a White America and Latino America and Asian America — there's the United States of America.

In this country, we rise or fall as one nation, as one people. Let's resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.
As you know, he did in 2004 at the DNC.

I told my husband that night, "this guy will be elected in 2008".

I remember saying the same thing to my daughter. The funny thing will be that in the future, President Obama's speeches are going to be highly regarded, to the great chagrin of today's rightwing haters. I look forward to that.

See this, you just proved that you're only trolling and never had any intention to enter into a real discussion.

President Obama has been faced with the most radically obstructionist Republican caucus in history, with the most obstreperous history of use and threats of filibuster an other undemocratic tactics.

You don't even believe what you're saying. If President Obama said this line:

Quote:
And our duty as a Party is not to our Party alone, but to the nation, and, indeed, to all mankind.

you conservatives would be whining that the President is anti-American because he puts the welfare of "all mankind" ahead of the welfare of the United States.

If you want to start a thread attacking the President, which obviously is all you want to do, don't pretend you're doing anything else.

That's debatable. What's not debatable is that he said it.
