In your opinion, should Michael Johnson (22) get life in prison for not disclosing his HIV and gonorrhea status, or should he not be sentenced, because after all, his male college partners willingly agreed to have unprotected casual sex with him.
I just find it strange that during this day and time, people willingly have unprotected sex and don't think anything of their bodies. Obviously, his male partners didn't know that homosexual anal sex is the riskiest type of sex out there. They really only have themselves to blame. It's not like he forced them to have sex with him.

So right, it is irresponsible for anyone to assume their partner is safe to have sex without protection, anal sex, homosexual or heterosexual is the riskiest sex for HIV is not a gay disease, it is a human sexually transmitted disease, barrring blood transfusions.
I don't see a problem here. Don't gays know about HIV?
