Punishing their enemies is standard practice of Communists.

Interesting, I didn't hear people in Tribeca complaining and the people in that neighborhood are more rich than those in the Upper Eastside. So much for that theory.

Going back years ago I would take the express bus from Brooklyn to NYC to get to work (and home) and the routes were changed because the "rich" (the powers that be in NYC) complained that the buses were noisy (especially in the morning) and causing too much pollution and traffic on "their streets" which didn't belong to them but were public property. The routes weren't on the East Side BTW. They knew who to complain to and the buses were re-routed to accommodate them. Maybe they should request that the city put heated pavement to make their lives easier?

The main difference is there is no evidence it was on purpose.

De Blasio admits botched UES plow job | New York Post

“While the overall storm response across the city was well-executed, after inspecting the area and listening to concerns from residents earlier today, I determined more could have been done to serve the Upper East Side,” de Blasio said in a statement.

“I have instructed the commissioner of the Department of Sanitation to double-down on cleanup efforts on the Upper East Side, and as a result, 30 vehicles and nearly 40 sanitation workers have been deployed to the area to finish the cleanup.”

No doubt the complete opposite thing he told the Department of Sanitation, when he suggested they not plow the UES.

You looking for a email? That's like looking for an email, any email from Obama where he admits wrong doing. Come to think of it, have we ever seen any emails from Obama, ever?

That's because just like us, he's just finding about about this thing called 'email' in the media this morning. But nobody is more upset than him that he wasn't told about it before this.
