Dinesh D'Souza indicted for campaign finance fraud - POLITICO.com

But it was just the IRS targeting him!
Why do you say he is a "conservative hero?" He is an author, he is not a political figure. There has been no claim made of IRS targeting
In a written statement released on Thursday, D’Souza's attorney, Benjamin Brafman, argued that "at worst, this was an act of misguided friendship by D'Souza."

"It is important to note that the Indictment does not allege a corrupt relationship between Mr. D'Souza and the candidate," Brafman said. "There was never a corrupt agreement of any kind, nor was there any request made that the candidate take any action or refrain from taking any action as a candidate, or as a US Senator if her political campaign were to have been successful. […] Simply put, there was no 'quid pro quo' in this case, nor was there even any knowledge by the candidate that Campaign Finance Rules may have been violated. Mr. D'Souza did not act with any corrupt or criminal intent whatsoever. He and the candidate have been friends since their college days, and at worst, this was an act of misguided friendship by D'Souza."

Ouch. uhmmmm no. LOL. misguided friendship? Sorry but if this is the defense you're going down.
Of course Democrats never engage in any illegal practices, do they. No, no. They would never.

So we should let people go if they break the law and are conservative?

Also, concentration camps? Seriously? Godwin on the first sentence is a new record.

1. Under Obama, laws are selectively enforced (immigration is a good example as well as voter fraud)

2. Under Obama, laws seem to be enforced when it involves conservatives, but otherwise not.

3. Under Obama, anyone voicing dissent to his administration suddenly finds themselves in some legal trouble with the IRS or DOJ.

EVERY AMERICAN should be very, very concerned about the tactics this administration has used. Keep in mind that eventually there will be a republican president. Will such behavior be acceptable then?

Then there whitehouse.gov and the plea to turn in anyone opposed to obamacare.

Guess no one took the hints that something nefarious was on the horizon and would flourish with the rising 'son' of socialism.

Latest is the DOJ assigning a gunslinger US attorney within 24 hours of CC's speech re two lane closures.

If in Solzhenitsyn's 'Gulag Archipeligo' there appeared a story about a political opponent being prosecuted for a traffic lane closure we would shake our collective heads in wonder at the pettiness of such a repressive society and conclude that could only happen in a communist country and never ever in the USA.

AS did relate a similar story where the first guy to stop clapping for an official at a political party meeting got 20 years in the gulag. Obama and his henchmen have us on track for 'gulag archipeligo - part deux'.

Wipe the froth from your mouth and get a grip on reality, please.

Don't mess with Obama or his administration.. you will be indicted or checked by the IRS or jailed > The Benghazi film maker that Obama blamed for putting muslims in a bad light was jailed.

Christians like Billy Graham and his son Franklin Graham targeted by the IRS for taking a stand against gay marriage.

Obama is a dirty president.

Obama also went after Standard and Poor's for degrading from a Triple A. They also are indicted. Obama is a snake.. Hitler Obama and his abuse of power in flat out in our face. And this guy knows what is going on.. his dumb act is getting really tired.

Anyone who goes against Obama , he sends his blood hounds out to destroy his opposers.. Obama the liar , the manipulator fights dirtier than anyone . And he will destroy this country and his followers he will destroy too.

Are you saying what he did was not illegal? Or that since he is conservative it isn't fair to treat him equally under the law? I don't get it.

The left should be concerned, it is not like they have been kicked out of office in droves before. Both parties are vulnerable when you consider congress has a approval rating that is very low. Part of me wishes that a conservative president would give them a taste of their own medicine. But I know that is not right or a good idea.
