Well, they've lost the marriage debate. The next logical step is to legally allow bigots to avoid reality.

No discrimination means no discrimination.
If a hassidic couple came to their wedding in Nazi unifroms for their hassidic wedding, no court in the land would convict a rabbi for questioning their mental soundness.

If a hassidic couple went to Roman Catholic priest to perform a Hassidic ceremony, would the preist be liable for not performing a hassidic ceremony?

So to you a homosexual is even a worse person than one who cheats on his or her spouse?

Should it be a crime for a homosexual to deny or not reveal who he or she is when trying to do business with a shop known not to serve homosexuals?

How is it freedom for the businessman, who refuses service to homosexuals, when the homosexual denies or fails to reveal to the businessman that he or she is a homosexual?

If a bakers religion prevents them from baking cakes for the public, then they should not open a bakery.
If a florists religion prevents them from making flower arrangements for the public, then they should not open a flower shop.

I hate religion as much as anyone but I agree with them here...I think ANYONE should be allowed to discriminate however they wanted. If today I went to a club or bar or store and was told no you can't enter because you are white,or Atheist or Socialist or Fat or Tall. I wouldn't file a lawsuit but I would make sure my friends knew and to avoid the place...economically boycott them...they would either go out of business or accept me plus WHY would I want to go somewhere I am obviously not wanted and could be harmed? No thanks.I am not a drama queen.
No one FORCED the person to open a bakery or a florist shop. When the person CHOSE to open a business they agreed to serve the general public. If their religious beliefs prevent them from serving the general public, then they should not open a business.

As for churches they do not have to officiate ANY wedding that they choose not to officiate.

I don't think anyone should HAVE to work for anyone else but when you are in the public service industry you abide by the laws of the public.

Clergy and churches have always had strict regulations and I doubt that's going to change since the religion, by nature, is discriminatory and what makes each sect to "special".

I don't understand how people can confuse the two and think anyone can apply anything they want to their public business and it's all good. Your faith is personal and you can't make a business of it unless your business is starting your own church.
