Look at the graph in your above source it comes from the CBO, and it clearly shows democrats spend less than republicans.

I was just pointing out that you failed to provide the source of the claim. You indicated that it was Forbes. But it was Marketwatch.

CBO doesn't make any claims. It just provides the data.
