Trying to assign causes and reasoning to the actions of a disturbed person without the benefit of clinical experience and opportunity to talk with the individual is futile.

He actually came from a "good" home... upscale, privileged. He has two other sisters and a father who were not at home at the time.
Right but my point is that maybe these aren't actually "good homes" where the father is away every weekend in DC and the family is "secured" in a gated community. The Connecticut school shooter and Aurora movie theater shooter came from similar "upscale priveleged" backrounds.
