No, Palin would have stayed Governor and finished out her term but her governors office was being bombarded by relentless bogus ethics lawsuits by democrat operatives. She did not want to let the phony ethics complaints (absolutely none proven later on after she left) drive her and her family into personal bankruptcy and cost the taxpayers of Alaska potentially millions because her duties as governor was being consumed by depositions on a daily basis. She did the honorable thing by resigning. Imagine that, a politician voluntarily leaving office early without the law being one step behind her and because it would be good for her constituents instead of clinging to power to the last breath.

And what kept Romney out of the Whitehouse? Hint: half the US population being stupid enough to vote for Obama.

Newt Gingrich - smackdown on MSNBC for Sarah Palin - YouTube
Lets not compare her to the President we now have....lets just say, "what reasons do you want her to be president", why do you like her?

I'm not being a smacked you know what, just interested, so change my mind, why do you want her to run?

Now, if Jeb Bush were to run, that would be a different story. At least the man is intelligent.

Palin is in large part what kept McCain out of the Whitehouse.

The GOP needs to stop going with these platitude spouting nimrods and try nominating someone who has a real chance of winning.
I'm sorry but Jeb Bush is even worse then his brother....

intelligent, I think not

Uh, no. She got a better deal as a talking head. If those allegations were as false as she says they were, why not fight them?

Her excuse is lame.

Why do you question his intelligence?

Then vote for Palin, and be assured another Democrat will be in the Whitehouse.

Then the GOP can go through another term bitching and obstructing, and nothing will get done.

He's the smarter of the Bush boys.

But, the usual suspects will go for the talking heads and attention grabbers every time. Cruz, Palin, Paul, Bachmann, Jindal...etc., etc.

Indeed!

How can we hate someone who provides so much comedy? Laughter is good for the soul!

Anyone who voted for 0bama and says Palin hasn't enough experience immediately loses any credibility they might otherwise have had.

The ONLY reason I voted for McCain was to vote for Palin.

Bush/Palin would be an excellent ticket.

Palin: Still making liberal heads explode!
