This is nuts. The Democrats exploded spending when they took over in 2009 and now are ramping back on THEIR increases.
Pubs only favor big spending and higher deficits when they're in control. As soon as they lose, spending is their big issue and they squeal about it like a gut-shot swine.
More baseless personal BS. It is not dishonest at all. I don't copy and paste every line of any article, I copy the highlights and the link. You shouldn't copy everything either because it is against the TOS.
The Tea Party will call this lower deficit a Job Killer. The job killing lower deficit has a nonsensical ring to it doesn't it?
Your putting wording in the mouths of others in a manner that is dishonest. While I do not like the tea party in general, that comment is completely opposite of their general position.
Either it's a part of the graph (which it isn't), or it is above it. It can't you both.
People like you who find it hard to admit being wrong, it is better to say nothing when you know you are wrong. Now you are just making yourself look bad.

If you look at the trends over the last 30 years you will see that when the Republican controlled the Senate (the source of all budget bills) the deficit trend was toward decreasing the deficit. When Democrats controlled the Senate the general trend was for increasing the deficit. Under Obama and with the Democrat controlling the Senate the deficit has exploded.
Democrats love to point at the decrease in the deficit under Clinton, yet fail to note that the budget bills were submitted by a Republican controlled Senate. Once the Republican lost control of the Senate the deficit spending started increasing. When the Republican's retook control part way through Bush W term, the deficits again started to drop only to raise again when the Democrat again control part way through Bush's second term.
Yes, there is more work to be done. I believe in this nations ability to resolve the problem.
Don't expect it to be done with this president and this Congress, they have been bought and paid for by the corporations, banksters and sundry deep pocket special interest groups.

Thats because the Right tends to blame everything on Obama. Completely ignoring who controls what. Its ALL Obama. So the left says "hey OK lets look at deficits under presidents....since you claim its their responsibility"
Now look at the people posting in this thread.
Pick one-is it the president, or is it the senate? PICK.

Changes are needed, since there is an obvious gridlock and silliness in DC. This is an election year and 2016 is an election year, so people need to speak with their votes.
