NAACP Official: Tea Party Uses Minorities as ‘Mouthpieces’ for Their Agenda | Mediaite

It sure seems that way. Every time a Black conservative makes a comment they react as if it's the word of god.

Why are they picking people based on color? Isn't that affirmative action?

Hypocrites, the whole lot.

One thing the Democrats absolutely hate is a runaway slave. These people should be sitting on the front porch of the Democratic plantation where they belong, thanking the Massa for their chitlins.

Why can't black people be a part of the Republican party voluntarily? Are you saying black people can't think for themselves?

I wonder how much the Koch brothers pay the aforementioned black people to do that?

There is no bigger sellout than a black American who votes republican.

Because of Americas past many black Americans are forced to need welfare, and also work min wage jobs. But republicans are against welfare and high min wage laws.

And look how GW Bush gave the rich a $2.5 trillion dollar tax cut, and then decreased our governments revenues. Those revenue drops caused many poor black Americans to loose government programs that improved their lives.

Or look at the republican white males in this forum calling Michelle Obama "a disgusting pig", or look at them attack black women who get welfare and call them "freeloading pigs."

Just look at Mason3000's above statements, he speaks of slavery, plantations, Massa (the slave master) and chitlins."

Any black person who wants to join these worship the rich racists is mentally sick.

Right, because any black person that doesn't tow the line is just an Uncle Tom and should be put back in place, following along with the establishment democrats, without question, because they are going to do what is best for them. Please. How has that worked out for the black community over the last 30 years?

First off I'm not a Republican. Never voted Republican in my life. Furthermore, this idea that blacks belong to the Democratic party is more racist than the racism that you're trying to combat.

Secondly blacks are absolutely not forced into welfare because of America's past. It's hugely condescending to black people to say they haven't had time or opportunity to provide the basics for themselves. Poor blacks have simply been institutionalized, a form of Progressive, neo-slavery.

Like yourself, the Minimum Wage is also misguided because it excludes low skilled workers from competing for jobs. Historically it's been the unions that support high minimum wages to keep the "undesirables" from being hired. The idea is to keep the minimum wage high enough that only highly qualified people stay employed. It's what they did in Nazi Germany. It's why the Boers in South Africa during Apartheid were huge supporters of a high minimum wage.

Lastly, while I agree with your points on the GOP, I see nothing redeeming about the Democrats either. They are a corporate controlled party working 100% in favor of their corporate sponsors. No admin in the history of our country has been more incestuously related to Wall St, than the current admin.

And the one thing that the GOP loves are House Negroes who do exactly what massa tells them to do.

Condi Rice, Michael Steele, and Collin Powell are one thing. They express their own opinions. And indeed much of what they want to say isn't what you want to hear. This is why you all don't use them as Tea Party spokespeople. Because they say that racism is still a fact of life, and some sort of diversity outreach strategy is needed to help mitigate it.

Some non entity who nobody knows and who barks when he is told to bark impresses no one. Stop showing how impotent you are in attracting black support because even credible black Republicans want to stay for away from you all.

Republicans and the Tea Party are aggressively recruiting black members, yes. What is your problem with that? Do you prefer to maintain the racial divide where color dictates ideology? Do you fear the brave new world where ideology is dictated by ideas, and how well they work?

Like I said, nothing the Democrats hate more than a runaway slave. If they don't do as they're told, they're "House Negroes" and "Uncle Toms".
