No, a rainbow is an optical phenomenon that is caused by a refraction of light from water droplets in the earth's atmosphere.
Perhaps you think that earthquakes are sign of God's anger?

Even tea partiers would distance themselves from. What you're advocating (but won't flat out say). Your views are on the fringes of society, ignored by all but a few.

Too perfect: Rainbow appears over Scotland parliament hours before gay marriage is made legal | Gay Star News

The same thing happened in Hawaii while they were debating the issue.

Maybe you should tell jjrose this. She seems to think it's some sort of positive affirmation for gay marriage.

While you're at it, tell that to GayStarNews.

From Gay Star News article about rainbow: It could be a blessing from an otherworldly, religious being.

Being Gay in Russia

Russia is clearly on the road to Kristallnacht. They already have an anti-gay Nuremberg Rally scheduled -- in the Kremlin, no less.

Joe. My. God.: Kremlin To Host Hate Group Convention

But until the death squads become institutionalized, which is only a matter of time, they have to make do with murderous posses led by neo-Nazis and tacitly (and not-so-tacitly) supported by the police and the Russian Orthodox Church, which is really behind all of this.

Sure, can't possibly be from it raining a lot in both Hawaii and Scotland.
You didn't answer the question...if a rainbow is a sign of God's mercy, then is an earthquake a sign of god's anger? I'd like YOU to answer; not to respond with what jjrose thinks.

The gay community seem to think a rainbow in the sky is an affirmative sign from God. Do you agree with them or not? Try to stay on topic.

No, I don't agree with them. I'm a atheist. It's like agreeing that a rainbow is a sign from Batman.
Now answer MY question. The fact that you're avoiding it is indicative that the answer is in the affirmative.
