His mother was never old enough to confer U.S. citizenship, let alone natural born Citizenship at the time of his birth in 1961. She was actually right at 4 months shy of her 19th birthday on Nov 29, 1961 of being able to make him a Citizen. I will highlight the law that affected Stanley Ann Dunham.

All of what you mentioned was most likely based on false information given by either Stanley Ann or the grandparents. That false information would have triggered the newspaper announcements which never stated where the specific place of birth took place. As Zullo stated, the birth index's mean nothing since they found two adopted children were placed in the 1961 index that were actually born 2 years prior.

first up, that's speculation, not fact. you said you wanted to deal in facts.
second, for your speculation to be correct requires that the killer was on the fixed wheel plane knowing it would crash and was able to pull off the assassination in the middle of seven witnesses. by no stretch of the imagination is this a feasible scenario.
