I am no fan of Obama. That said every president has had their moment of WTF..... Bush senior puked on someone.
Carter had a nasty habit of speaking.
Clinton, well he was amusing at times and a little embarrassing.
GWB? well there are enough sound bites and videos to paint a bleak picture.
Presidents are human. They get tired, they get sick and sometimes they are just not on top of their game.
I myself refuse to allow video recordings of myself. I always hate how they turn out.
