Errr....there is a big big difference between satire about politics and poking fun at people over their race, religion, orientation etc.
I don't think so. You should be able to take a joke. I have religious beliefs but I still found "Life of Brian" funny. Now there is a difference in satire or a joke and simply being mean. It can be a fine line.
