Attorney General Eric Holder announced yesterday that the U.S. Justice Department will expand many new benefits to gay married couples.

Fed: Gay Couples Get New Benefits - The Daily Beast

Now, I really don't care about any of this. But I just find it so confusing that it seems like the justice dept is making it's own laws to follow and such.

It really seems like they are preparing to take over the country. Yea, there will be an election in 2016, they just already know what the results will be. Yea, there will be a new congress, they just will be like the fraternity that they currently are. All they do is party and act important to get sexed by whores. But no one really likes them, except for stupid whores who are attracted to power and douchbaggery.

What country do I, do you, do we live in? It certainly isn't the country of the brave. It certainly isn't the country of the free. And it isn't a country that follows the rule of law.

Maybe we are just nothing but stupid tiny little ants. Like did you see the Rover's picture of earth from Mars?

It's time to stop thinking that your important, or your life, family, or material goods. You are put of a system. A very high tech system that regulates your heart beat, regulates your thinking patterns, regulates your conversations with others, and more.

Time to wake up, and start getting real.

Not exactly how I would put. But you have a point. This is what the Federalist papers warned of and why our Founding Fathers were so distrustful of absolute power.

the Judicial Branch and the Department of Justice has no Constitutional Grounds to make. produce and create laws. That job is for the Senate and the House. Let's take this anther step. The President can sponsor a bill to this effect.

President Obama on the other hand since he has been stung by Obama care has not the Political will to go forward and sponsor a bill.

This issue its self Gay rights and the Federal Recognition is a validate point. What we are really talking about ones rights, not politicizing a life style.

Ted Cruz and the Judicial Committee will have a field day with this. The Supreme will strike this down technically and they should. Again President Obama is continues to by pass the US Constitution.

Eric holder and his staff is not upholding or oath of office, the US Constitution and should resign and or removed from office.

The Windor case was about taxes, but the ruling went on to include all federal benefits extended to married couples...not just taxes.

The specific facts of Windsor may have been about taxes relating to a specific married gay couple, but the legal holding of Windsor was that section 3 of DOMA was unconstitutional and could not be enforced.

As well as the 1000+ federal benefits that legally married same-sex couples were denied due to DOMA section 3.
