Interesting that the number of such people was cut to half from 2011 to 2012. The overall numbers are so small that any change makes a big difference percentage wise.

I'd give mine back too if a few countries that come to mind allowed me to become a citizen.

I do have to say, since Obama became the president, the number of idiotic threads blaming the president for things that were trending before he took office have increased exponentially.

That is the issue plus I have kids so what is the ramifications of that I haven't looked into it a whole lot but know all you got to do is go to a US Embassy in another country and let em have it. I'm sure it's harder to get citizenship anywhere else but the US that is how crazy this country is anymore. Hell you get caught illegal in mehico you will die in jail basically. LOL

I'm looking at Panama in fifteen years........maybe Alaska. It gets cold in Alaska but it's the US and folks leave you alone.
