For anyone interested in the FACTS, here is list of the new regulations passed by our liberal legislature. It includes those signed into law by our center-left governor, AND those he vetoed for being too restrictive:

Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence
Now that's an unbiased source! LMAO...

So, again: Are you a supporter of States' rights, or not? Did those two amendments make state laws supporting their objects, illegal or not?

Why are you keep brining slavery into a 2nd amendment discusion? If you cant answer move on.

Feeble attempt, but I'll give you a "nice try" anyway.
So are restrictions against felons owning guns also a violation of the constitution.

You must have laughed your brains off too.

It's not an editorial. It's a LIST of the laws passed, signed, and vetoed.

You can find the same info on the CA.GOV site. But I guess you wouldn't trust THAT source either, right?

If the people of CA want to outlaw guns then let them.
States still have rights these days.

I'm all for state rights but only if it's put to a vote and the majority of the residents vote for it.

No, I don't really believe that, but somebody is bound to say it, so I figured I would beat them to the punch!
The removal of obama and his demoncrapic minions can't come too soon. It is necessary to the survival of the United States!
Totally irrelevant. Those three bags of $**T don't need a drummed up report in order to look bad.

California gun law expands infrastructure for confiscation

Earlier this year, the state legislature expanded the list of what they call “prohibited persons” – people who have legally registered a firearm but, for various reasons, are no longer allowed their Second Amendment rights. These reasons were expanded to include people who are behind on state taxes, did not pay toll fees in a “timely” manner and a wide range of other minor misdemeanors or reported mental health concerns.

wow...

California Begins Confiscating Legally-Purchased Guns - Downtrend.com

Let the police state begin. The anti gun nuts of course will be ok with this because a few might be mentally ill...ya never know so lets just take everyone's guns.
I said a long time ago, in a debate about voiding the 2nd Ammendment rights of felons, that it would incrementally be extended eventually to parking tickets.

This is why ... no matter how reasonable the argument, like keeping guns out of the hands of violent felons ... you just CANNOT GIVE AN INCH .. you cannot allow the slight violation of the constitution, bevause that sets the stage for greater and greater violations.

You cannot allow a thief to steal just a little bit, while expectinf him not to eventually steal everything ... and so it is true with government violating the constitution. The founders put these restrictions of power there for damned good reasons ... shame on us for being stupid enough to allow these excuse makers to trample on that constitution.
