I'm quite certain that ship has sailed. More corrupt than Nixon, more inept than Carter.
Obamabots will cling to their delusions until they are homeless and starving.

And some of these "transforms" cannot easily be changed back.

Once you give people subsidies you can't just turn off that spigot.

Someone put their foot on the accelerator in this "Race to the Bottom" as I guess we're not getting there quick enough.

I would turn off the spigot. Sometimes the sharpest knife cuts the cleanest and with less pain.

This whole "let the President make law as he goes along by deciding with q whim what law he will and will not enforce" policy is neato for Democrats...for now. Someday, a republican will occupy that office again, and this precedent of simply ignoring or vacating any part of a law you think might be politically disagreeable for your party is giving the next Republican to occupy the White House all the ammo they'll need to just ignore ObamaCare entirely until it dismantles itself.

Let him keep changing laws and making them up as he goes along. Keep solidifying that form of governance with your actions. Someday, the GOP will hold the big boy seat, and this won't seem so funny then.

What he seems to be doing is killing off the competition to the big boys in business.
This ruling won't effect Wallymart, Home Depot, Kroger, your unions, etc.

It will effect your small regional business, your franchise business.

It's hurting those who thought this would help them.
And those who you thought would pay through the nose are getting a free pass.

This should concern people greatly.

Here's the new rule:

To be eligible for the additional delay, the Obama administration says an employer “may not reduce the size of its workforce or the overall hours of service of its employees” unless it can justify those reductions to the Internal Revenue Service.

Would this be the delay that was SO horrible that Obama threatened to veto it? Now it's not only a new "law", but works to punish business owners that are trying to stay afloat.

Well played, Mister Hypocritical I-hate-capitalism.

I guess that's all you have since you aren't defending it.
You're in favor of this ? The strong arm of the government cracking down and dictating labor policies to business ?
