Today is being observed by various anti-censorship organizations as "The Day We Fight Back"

The Internet Flexes Political Muscle With Anti-NSA Protest : All Tech Considered : NPR

Yet at one of the most contentious, yet well-moderated sites on the Internet, the issue has apparently drawn little attention. This is one area in which those of us from both sides of the nation's current political divide can, and should unite to show our concern.

protest all you want, what do you expect to happen? personally i expect nothing will happen. people will protest, make the claim they they fought against government tyranny, feel good about them selves for about 10 minutes to an hour, then go find another red herring to go after. two weeks from now this will be forgotten.
