Why does gay marriage send you all into a maddening fury but income inequality does not? That's why I get the impression a lot of you are just middle to upper middle class folks with too much time to care about moral issues and lack empathy for people going through a tough time.

I mean do you guys seriously believe our problems are caused by moral decay?

I was responding to the question why. I gave the honest answer.

I'll bet Texas won't even be the last holdout. I'd bet money on it.

SocialistAtheist, wanna take that bet?

If Texas stands against it, other states will join.

It's funny when a wannabe dictator screams about "the will of the people."

In a CR the people have a voice obviously the only voice being heard is a judges. The people's voice is being ignored.

Nope. I think this democrat appointed judge will allow homosexual "marriage" in Texas I also think Texas will appeal to the SC. I think some state like Mississippi or Alabama or NC will be the last hold out.

Greed, hatred, jealousy, revenge, bigotry, etc. are all moral values aren't they ?
Society is such that we need the federal government to legislate our moral values for us.

2 of the 4 pillars of society are crumbling and government is picking up the slack and taking over their jobs.
