It is not only immoral, it is an abomination unto God. God destroyed Sodom and Gommorah for the vile sin of homosexual acts.

Where'd you get your law degree? Same place SocialistAtheist did, I presume?

Its not something personally for me so i would feel obligated to abstain from voting on it.
By that logic, an unmarried judge should abstain from marriage issues?

No, he didn't. You have been schooled on this issue time and again by people who actually know and read Hebrew, and by Jews whose story it actually belongs to.

The sin of Sodom and Ghomorrah is lack of hospitality and being wicked. It has nothing to do with sexual morality, or else God wouldn't have rewarded Lot for offering his daughters to be gang-raped by the townspeople to spare the Angels.

(Lot being the same guy, of course, that later had incest with his daughters, after being saved by God).

But nice try.

Like I said. We'll call you when we need authoritative voice on muddin' and moonshinin'.... but until then, best to stay away from things you literally have zero qualification to talk about: interpretation of law, how the courts work, judicial review, conlaw, etc. etc.

Of course - and who knows - you may have intimate knowledge of the criminal justice system without formal legal education, but for different reasons. So if you do, have fun with that. But that's not this thread.

Same with Bideshi.

So threatening to kill someone who refuses to let you have homosexual sex with their guests is "a lack of hospitality"?

I understand that you interpret it in the way that agrees with your point of view regardless of the writers' actual intent
