what we need now is a constitutional amendment defining marriage as a man and woman. The courts cant overrule that.

Amendments cant be defeated. Only changed by another amendment.
I agree. People should worry about themselves, and their own morality instead of worrying what 2 consenting adults do, when it has no bearing on their own lives.
Yes........but it gets tossed out at us non stop. I mean it's all political........just like the now new mantra of raising the min wage. Midterm elections coming. Remember last time Obama needed votes he flopped on DOMA so we will see more of it from all these clowns holding office. Turn everybody's attention away from the mess that obamacare is and go with it......hey it worked last time why not this time. When you control the media..............just like the communists...........you can get away with it. Then blame everybody else for what you screw up and say hey we are the only ones who can fix it.......the same ones who screwed it up to begin with. It is quite amazing to watch.

Obama never flipped on DOMA. He didn't come out in favor of same-sex marriage until two years ago, however argued and spoke out against DOMA during his first campaign.
