And, on what basis do you make this claim, especially that he is "one of the worse [sic] SCJs of all time?"
Are there some particular opinions he has written that you disagree with that lead you to use such hyperbole to describe his performance as a justice? What is your educational background in law, and especially Constitutional Law that qualifies you to make such judgement?
Calling him a "turd of a man" (careful — some might say you are racist) when you know little or nothing about him personally? Or, are you falling back to the wild accusations of one Anita Hill, the opportunist liar that followed Thomas everywhere throughout her career (very unusual for someone being victimized to follow their harasser from place to place)?
Such statements reflect badly on your credibility, and forces one to question your intelligence.
I like Justice Thomas and he always seemed to be a regular guy that anyone could talk too. It is so sad to see how Democrats have tried to destroy this guy for decades.

I wouldn't call him any names, but of course anyone with half a brain knows that Justice Thomas has set new standards for ethics violations while serving on the highest court in the land. The color of his skin is completely irrelevant to how stunningly corrupt he is.
Those who are not deeply offended by a SCJ who has made millions of dollars by selling his SC votes are simply not paying attention, or are righties blinded by his desperately-needed role as a rare black conservative.
I wish I could say this story is surprising. But it isn't. Seems like most on the left are conditioned to think this way.
Obama really has done a number on the country. Remember how he promised to bring us together? What a knee slapper.
