We're seeing that play out, but nobody (D or R) in Congress wants to call him out because, as Ed Asner noted, they don't want to appear "anti-black".
Add to that, he has a charisma that has resulted in a cult following neither of those guys had. The cult members will never admit his administration has done anything wrong, and will just keep shilling for him while viciously demonizing all opposing groups.

Even scarier.

The House needs to move on impeachment proceedings. They have just sat back and let this snowball roll down hill, with each president adding their own power grabs and lawless acts to build on the next. I think Obama jumped the shark here, but unfortunately the people in the GOP leadership are nothing more then a bunch of great campaign fund raisers, not leaders.

Definitely true. Carter was a throwback to another era, and Nixon was a sleazy used car salesman type.

I am astounded that the Obamabots still fall into lockstep with the moron in the White House. Pretty shameful display of blind loyalty.

I'm not that astounded. I can think of past leaders who have mesmerized many with their charisma and great speeches, and got them to believe there is an evil group of boogeymen causing all of the country's woes, that must be gotten rid of. We have not learned much from history, it seems. But it is not PC to discuss that.

Those with measurable IQ scores don't even acknowledge obama as president, and many in our U.S. Military REFUSE to refer to him as the "Commander in Chief", myself included.

From the moment he wakes in the morning till he goes to sleep at night, many of you just know he is doing something illegal, immoral, or dangerous.

Any of you ever think about supporting the president instead of constantly trying to tear him down?

WHAT president? Oh, you mean the dictator staining the seats and sheets of the White House ... nope, no support here, I looked. LOTS of contempt though. WHY would you suggest we support an immigrant who was joust into the office by a blind congress who has introduces ILLEGAL policies and abused his powers , and by even BLINDER voters? To be a blind follower right? NO WAY in hell.

Not since the day he started lying his azz off to us. That was about day 1 of his Presidency.

I would support him if I thought he was actually doing good things for our country instead of causing harm. I felt the same way about GW Bush. I really wish the people who were standing beside me in outrage over Bush would not be so blind about Obama. Obama is Bush 2.0, but for some reason, some people can't or won't see it.
