People have been chanting that for 2000 years. But I'm sure THIS time you are right.

Why do you have so much against homosexuality? Is simply because every time you think of engaging in oral sex with another man you feel like vomiting and think anyone one who would doing such a thing is engaging in one of the greatest crimes against man and such people are gross, subhuman creatures?
But that's his job, as Attorney General, to defend the laws of the Commonwealth in court.
He swore an oath to do this.
Is it really possible that he will refuse to do his job and violate his sacred oath of office due to Democrat politics?
False. He is obligated to enforce the law (which he has done and has said he will do), however he is not obligated to defend legal challenges to the law. No Attorney General is obligated to defend legal challenges. Attorney Generals from both sides have chosen not to defend legal challenges to laws, including the former Attorney General of Virginia Ken Cuccinelli (who was just the GOP nominee for Governor) who last year declined to defend legal challenges to a school takeover law the state passed.
