Well yes, he's flipped on so many promises and it's been pointing out many times and you'll rush to his defense each time.
This is an old story. It has been covered by other news outlets before.
When in Congress, they criticize the President, the President criticizes Congress. Every President does as the President before him/her.

Bill Clinton & W. Bush to this day are pals who frequently call each other on the phone to commiserate. That is only possible because W Bush did not constantly whine about messes left by the previous admin.
