Oh well...you get what you pay for.
It was $20.00 a session and Harrier didn't go for a whole year.

The therapist concluded that there was nothing wrong - if there was then Harrier would have talked to him.

It wasn't Harrier's money and he knew going in that the whole thing was a waste of time and money.

After he got out of the program, Harrier's grades improved markedly - he actually had time to study rather then listen to a shrink look for something that wasn't there.

i don't know of any insurance carriers that cover gay conversion therapy so it may be a moot point...

Harrier only developed illeism last year and he only exhibits it on this forum.

YOU are talking about Homosexuality, do you mean the grief a Homosexual feels from bigots like yourself.

The ONLY thing a counselor could do for a Homosexual is help them accept what they are and live the best life they can.

Ah, you have no argument so you resort to name calling.

How mature.

Harrier was pointing out that one does not need to have a mental disorder in order to need or want therapy.

He used a person grieving the loss of a relative or friend as an example.

Surely you aren't that dense.

Being a male that has feminine traits does not guarantee that the person is gay. Human sexuality and sexual identity is so very complex that one can not say certain things are carved in stone and are the way we assume they are. The state should stay out of the sexual lives of citizens. They have no right to blindly dictate their agenda....From what I see...the gay phenomena in part is about asexuality and the creation of submissive drones. Slaves that do not breed or question the authority of the state.

I knew a mother who liked to play the victim card in order to milk money from the state. First she insisted that one of her young sons was autistic...then she insisted that he had attention deficit disorder....finally she insisted that her young boy was gay. Years passed and none of these things came to be. I have said over and over again. Let nature take it,s course.

Let young people find their own identity. As for parents taking their kids to a therapist in an attempt to adjust certain sexual tendencies and traits...it is their business. The child is not the property of special interest groups or the state or the medical profession. It is YOUR child.

People fail to realize that the first sexual experience a young person has may affect who they think they are. I have seen instances where a young boy was molested by a male care giver..and because the incident had homosexual over tones...the kid imagined later that they were gay.....eg. If a young male's first experience is having oral sex performed on them by another male...and that young person finds pleasure in it..That kid may assume with the help those who are more than willing to get them on the gay band wagon - that they are gay.

YES there are natures little tricks and mutations - and some are born with homosexual yearnings...but some are not and we do not bother as a society to sort out who is who...or what is what.

In the over all...sexuality is a private bodily function like eating or excreting. WHY certain people including law makers want to involve themselves in the private affairs of others is all about control...It has little to do with compassion or love.
You sound just like Oleg Bach, in fact on OB's profile it says his real name is "Alex Bachlow." Do have two accounts? That is a violation of City-Data Terms Of Service. Moderator, come quickly, I've spotted a fraud!

That would be true if gay conversion "therapy" was not being performed.

Actually it is because it is on religious sites where these bigoted lies are found, plus I suspect that you are neither a socialist nor an atheist.
