It might have been this article. Apparently, 20% of the people haven't paid. Could we expect ANY different from something that has the name of the two-legged stool sample attached to it?
From the article above, oh my, no cancel button, no wonder no one can give us the correct enrollment numbers:
He said some people may have enrolled in Obamacare exchange plans only to find and buy insurance elsewhere.
Other people who selected plans "get the bills mailed to them ... [and] they didn't think it was going to cost as much as it did," Hamburger said. "Or, they didn't get the bill."
Then, there's the lack of a cancel button. The website for HealthCare.gov, the federal Obamacare exchange selling policies to residents of 36 states, still does not give customers the ability to remove their unwanted enrollment from the system, Laszewski said. And that could be inflating enrollment tallies, he said.

Honestly.."forgetting" to code in a cancel button on an enrollment webpage ?
Only a fool would believe that one.

I am sure Medicare's rollout wasnt smooth, even Medicare Part D wasnt that great. However the problem of cancelling and changing is being addressed.
VA, Tricare, and motorized scooters. Now that we've got that out of the way, I can address your point.
Medicare's rollout likely wasn't all that smooth, but.....
1. We didn't waste $1 billion on a faulty website pimping it.
2. Nobody was fined by the IRS if they didn't use Medicare.
3. The president didn't lie and say "Medicare will save you $2500/yr on your premiums".
And don't you think this speaks to the incompetence of Obama when a simple "cancel" button wasn't created say, back in August?
Obamacare is the biggest ship of fools EVER. As in recorded history EVER.
I have to wonder borregokid, if medicare etc is so great, why do you spent 24 hours a day bashing it?
