You have very poor reading comprehension skills. It is illegal for public employees to use government owned equipment and offices to run a private political campaign. He was doing this and one of his top aids just got convicted and will now be going to jail. Yes, this does raise questions about what other illegal acts Walker has been up to especially since these emails show he and his staff was knowingly breaking the law on a routine basis.
Republicans are desperately trying to ignore this, but this story isn't going to go away quickly.

Because her breaking the law involved making “extemporaneous partisan remarks-and the process for punishment is to refer them to the president for punishment. Its not a LAW that involves imprisonment, but a law that says when they break it there is a process to punish them.
IE there are laws about hate crimes, if you commit one you go to jail, and their are workplace rules for using derogatory speech....and she was wrote up.
also Kelly Rindfleisch is NOT serving time. She got some probation.

Rindfleisch was sentenced to 6 months in jail (stayed pending appeal) and three years probation - Kathleen Sebelius went unpunished for Violating the Hatch Act.

Rindfleisch was sentenced to 6 months in jail (stayed pending appeal) and three years probation - Kathleen Sebelius went unpunished for Violating the Hatch Act.
Kathleen was punished EXACTLY as the act requires.
You are however correct, she had a plea deal for probation, but the sentence ended up being for 6 months, in fact she recently lost her appeal for that if im reading things right. So you are correct, and I am wrong-she got 6 months.
