Where in Agenda 21 does it even make the suggestion that it is illegal to live off the grid?
If you read the fight, she is violating covenent of Cape Coral...not the state or federal government (or UN). She signed the agreement when she moved there to abide by their conditions. So by doing so she lied. Can you come up with something truthful for a change?
