That's exactly what you said. You said it will be "adjudicated", meaning the federal courts will determine what federal powers will be. You know, the fox guarding the henhouse.

You have missed the whole point copmpletely. It is not up to govenment to restrain itself...it is up to the poeple to restrain govenment.
That's not what you said. You said it will be up to the courts - which leaves the people out of the loop entirely and lets the federal government decide for itself what powers it wants.

What happend to Republican Party? They have lost their backbone. They just roll over and hug the pillow.
Which is why there's a TEA party.

Don't blame Obama if your leaders can't come up with a competent block to this provision.
They don't "lead" me. They don't seem to follow, either.

Which is why they need to be dispatched - ergo the TEA Party.

That's where internet controls come in.

You should be asking the question to the party running the show today..the Democrats.
If you want the Republicans to fix this you have to vote them into power.

The hackers will always be a step ahead. Which is why the government wants lots of guns.

In the end, government always does everything it does by deadly force.

If you do not have faith in your leaders and the court system that is your fear and no one will ever relieve it...

If you cop that attitude, it makes it easy to blame the world.

Having faith in a political system and courts is something only mindless idiots do. Mindless belief in the goodness of government is why the people have allowed this monstrosity to get this far. It seems to be the major part of your ideology, too.

You don't have to have a majority in the Congress to bring an action in a Federal court. You should know that. There is no provision in the Constitution that says only the majority party has standing before the court.

then why complain. If you believe you have no recourse...go fishing instead and let the world turn.

Don't complain if you are inconsequential. Accept your lot in life.

So by your reply you are stating that our leaders and court system have been little innocent angels? When was the last time a judge , president, or any white house member knocked on your door to see how you are and got your opinion on something? Seriously wake up already. .
