That's exactly what you said. You said it will be "adjudicated", meaning the federal courts will determine what federal powers will be. You know, the fox guarding the henhouse.

You don't have to have a majority in the Congress to bring an action in a Federal court. You should know that. There is no provision in the Constitution that says only the majority party has standing before the court.
