Black women are attending college at a higher percentage than any other demographic, so maybe they don't need this sort of an initiative.

I have an initiative for "young Black men" too ... and it's free : Get a job. Learn to take responsibility for your own actions when you are in the wrong. And lastly, if you father a child then be the child's father!

It's all about getting the vote out for the election after the election they will be forgotten the same as Obama has done in the past. I guess he wore out pivoting to the economy.
